Keystone Spill Update

According to a report in today's Bismarck Tribune, TransCanada Corp has resumed shipping crude oil on its Keystone pipeline and expects to be up to full capacity in several days. The Tribune also reported that North Dakota's Public Service Commission has voted to conduct a formal investigation of the 14,000-gallon spill near Milnor that led to this week's closure of the pipeline which runs from Alberta to Illinois and Oklahoma.
