Logan County Wind Farm Approved

The Associated Press is reporting today that the North Dakota Public Service Commission has approved the construction of a $950 million wind farm in Logan County. The project is to be completed by Just Wind, a Minnesota-based alternative energy company, and will consist of 160 turbines with a total generating capacity of 384 megawatts. Construction is expected to begin by the end of the year.
