Hankinson Ethanol Plant Sold

According to an Associated Press story out today, the idled ethanol plant in Hankinson has been sold to Murphy Oil Corp. of El Dorado, Arkansas. The plant was previously owned by Verasun, Inc. of Sioux Falls, SD, which filed for bankruptcy in October 2008. A plant official said ethanol production would resume within a few days.
