UND Researchers Present at GSA Meeting

The annual meeting of the Geological Society of America was held October 18-21 in Portland, Oregon. The meeting included a session called "Clean Coal: Can it Be a Reality?" Among the presentations was "Underground Coal Gasification Coupled with On-Site Carbon Storage and Enhanced Hydrocarbon Recovery in the North Dakota Williston Basin" by Zhengwen Zeng and Peng Pei of the Department of Geology and Geological Engineering at the University of North Dakota.
