After an extended lull, Billings is seeing some oil activity. Continental posted a start date of 11/2 for a wildcat at location SESW 21-144N-99W, while Whiting is moving in and rigging up at location NENE 31-142N-101W. Whiting also received a permit on 11/1 (#19882) for NWNW 7-143N-102W in Billings.
