Oil Prices Stay High in 2013 -- Moody's

From Dow Jones..."Oil prices will stay high this year, while natural gas prices will recover slowly over the next two years from historical lows, Moody's Investors Service said in its outlook for the oil and gas sector. West Texas Intermediate, or WTI, benchmark crude is expected to continue to sell at a steep $15 a barrel discount to Brent crude through the year due to challenges in U.S. transportation, with the differential gradually declining thereafter, the ratings firm said.
