Triangle Petroleum Acquires Acreage

Triangle Petroleum Corporation today announced the acquisition of 4,000 net acres in Williams and McKenzie counties. In addition, the company, based in Calgary, Alberta,  announced a partnership with Kansas-based Slawson Exploration aimed at the acquisition and development of acreage in other areas of production from the Middle Bakken and Three Forks formations of the Williston Basin.
