American Standard Adds to Bakken Acreage

Arizona-based American Standard Energy Corp. announced today that it has purchased 320 net mineral acres located within the Williston Basin of North Dakota in Mountrail, Williams and Divide counties. The acquisition brings American Standard's Bakken holdings to approximately 5,650 net acres. The company participates as a minority interest non-operator in 20 plus wells within this acreage in addition to its holdings in Texas.  Read more...
