Siemens CO2 Capture Update

Siemens Energy has announced that it achieved a post-combustion CO2 capture efficiency of over 90 percent in a 3000-hour test at the Staudinger power plant in Germany. The company says the solvent emissions from its scrubbing solution measured near zero and that energy consumption was significantly lower than competing processes.  Read more...
