Billings County Update - December 2012

The latest preliminary production statistics from the North Dakota Industrial Commission show Billings County produced 470,093 barrels of oil in October, up slightly from the 465,956 barrels reported in September. The October volume is up approximately 83,000 barrels since the January 2012 total of 387,201 barrels, or about 21%. From October 2011, when Billings produced 367,060 barrels, the year-over-year gain has been approximately 103,000 barrels, or roughly 28%.
