Another petroleum refinery reportedly is in the works for North Dakota. According to KX News, American Energy Holdings LLC announced plans today to build a 20,000 barrel per day diesel and aviation fuel refinery near Devils Lake. The project would cost $275 million and employ between 50 and 100 people. Other refineries currently are under construction near Dickinson and Makoti. More
